Rawai Beach is located in the south of Phuket Island and is a quiet beach with a small fleet of fishing boats and a daily market where the fresh catch is sold. There are a number of restaurants along the beach and a number of luxurious resort hotels.
Cape Promthrep, close to Rawai beach, is a superb viewpoint to watch the evening sunset.
